We bought a gluten-free cinnamon bun and a breakfast cookie. The gf cinnamon bun was dry and had that slight slimy texture when chewed for a bit. I always know when xanthan gum is used and too many people over use it, the cream cheese icing was not icing, it was basically a sweet cream cheese. Therefore I threw it out.
