The Black Bear sold a year or so ago now & was run by management, they ran the place into the ground. With the new owners now taking an active part the food is better, the portions more like they use to be.......MUCH BETTER! They also offer a Sunday Brunch now. View all feedback.

We went there a few weeks ago with friends on "fish and chips" night. Great! Now we went there tonight, not a fish and chips night but that is what we wanted after a great feed a few weeks prior. I should have counted the number of chips, there had to be less that 18 of them, and the fish pieces were small and poorly battered.
