Many couples and small groups came it to enjoy the foreign food and drinks in Le Panama -- Mojitos and fajitas! Fajitas came from Texas, but don't think it's a Tex-Mex / Tejano place. First, there are the French sensibilities: Silky guacamole instead of chunky, fajitas pre-rolled to be eaten with knife and fork rather than wrap-it-yourself and pick it up -- dripping -- to eat.
