Spent $20,000. on an a machine they promised would ship on a certain date. They were supposed to send us a tracking number and never did. When we called to get the tracking number a week later (just days before our new shop was to open) we learned that IT HAD NEVER EVEN SHIPPED! Then to make matters worse they were rude to us!
