This past Monday we stopped by in the afternoon for some ribs. We were extremely disappointed. The ribs were very very old, not spoiled, but cooked days ago and possibly reheated a few times. The meat was hard, dry, and dense. They were actually hard to chew. The cooks put excessive amounts of BBQ sauce apparently to compensate for the dryness. This was like eating leftover ribs that you left in the fridge for 5 days... View all feedback.
