Food was delicious as always. Great customer service especially by the gentleman working carry outs that checked on us while we were at our table dining in. I did not catch his name but he was in the carryout section on Wednesday at 6pm. Need more employees that check up on guests and care like he did tonight. Awesome stuff. Keep up the great work. Never heard them call my order number. Took it upon myself to check an order sitting on the pickup counter. They didn't have time to clean tables but had time to have an employee interrupt people at their tables asking if they wanted to take a survey. Fries were undercooked. Drink was mostly ice. Worst experience I've ever had at Portillo's. View all feedback.
