from the moment they are received to the restaurant, they are immersed in a cultural experience. that was great. the salmon with cream sauce was so tender that even people who do not care about scabs would enjoy it. and the crème brûlée was like heavenly ambrosia. This was our second visit to L'Auberge in a month and we weren't disappointed. Two people had the duck which was excellent.
