My family and I stayed at this hotel from March 31st to April 4th. The hotel staff was fantastic, particularly Justin at the reception, who was very helpful and accommodating. He provided us with a lovely room that made our stay special. Despite some construction work going on, it was not disruptive. Disappointing visit to the Ritz. More of a construction site than a luxury hotel. Pool bordered by construction crane, noise and pipe and drape. Tennis courts permanently removed. No hot tub. Crowds from meeting and beach make Gumbo Limbo nearly inaccessible and blocked the courtyard on our first night. Had more fun away from the Ritz than on the property. View all feedback.
