we ordered 8 live lobsters for delivery Thursday for a family celebration. the lobsters were dead 4 days later. I understand that the things happen with the delivery, but the lobster guy refused to appreciate our payment and even refused to answer us when telling us that it was our problem that fedex delivered late. very disappointing.
