Usually very positive experience. Unfortunately the gal that served my daughter and I clearly was having a bad day. My daughter had a footlong meatball loaded with too much sauce. I ordered a footlong Boss that only had 5 meatballs and the rest sauce. Then she left it in the toaster too long and burnt it.
