We were thrilled for half with snails and the false net and then the fruit salad. on the other hand very disappointed for the rest. the entrance with the smoked salmon was not at the price, much too much crab in the dish as well. for the thousand raspberry/pistache leaf, the cream was not at all pistachio, the cream was burned and the caramel butter sauce also salted.
