My food at Wendy's was always very good, no matter what condition I ordered. With this visit to Wendy's, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the new strawberry Frosty. I ordered my sandwich without tomatoes or salad and when I got my meal through the drive-thru, it had no tomatoes or salad so for me, that was a five-star in itself! Yesterday. Wait over 25 minutes to get to the screen only where you place your order and was told? system was down. The person in front of me got food, but not me or the people behind me. You could have come out and didn't tell us any more orders, instead of staying in the house and being lazy. No coupons or anything were offered for the inconvenience.
