Jose's taco truck is our new favorite! They are fantastic when eating normal (with carbs). But they hooked it up when we asked for low carb!! They gave us all the fixings....avocado, lettuce, onion, salsa, Pico, and we ordered fajita chicken, pastor, and asada as our meat, and just bought our own low carb tortillas at the store. I don't know what people are talking about here. I heard the barbacoa was amazing, I took one bite and had to throw the taco away. ?. The beef taco plates were just ok. I will try it one more time to be fair, but it would have to be good to come back and change my rating. View all feedback.
