I went one morning in those bagellades when I was looking for a bagel with hummus and veggies. I was not disappointed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that and other vegan options already on the menu. I command a lot and almost every time I order the same. they blew my order by eating vinegar instead of olive oil (guck.) I call back and the owner says yes, we have new people sorry. that's it, no one can do it again, no we can give them the next half. pretty bad customer service for someone who is frequent there. just don't get her order messed up because you're ruined at lunchtime.
