we went on a Thursday night for trivia and did not end in the position to hear it from the room where we sat. we asked if there is any possibility to move a redner, and the personal moved not only a whole speaker for us, but they lowered the music in this room to make the experience better, and gave us complementary drinks and they did nothing wrong! everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly and accommodating... What User doesn't like about El Segundo New Haven:
Yea, this place just sucks. Went with a group of 4 total and everything we had was bad. The steak in my cheese steak was dryer than the Sahara and my poutine was just a pathetic attempt. The advertised “Quebec style frite” were just frozen standard fries from a bag and the cheese curds were well…just minced cheese the size of the smallest pebbles.
