What MichaelD likes about Benihana:
Went with family and friends for my birthday. The hostess, server, and table chef are professional and friendly. The Chef (Des) was great, kept us entertained the entire dinner. The food was delicious and all guests were pleased and want to return in the near future. We joked that Benehana should send him to Japan for a vacation and relaxation ? View all feedback.
What JenF doesn't like about Benihana:
This only pertains to the service we received. Our chef was late showing up when two other tables of guests who got seated after us were served. The chef was not engaging, didn't bothered to talk to us... it was for a birthday celebration but there was no any effort of the “Benihana entertainment”. My son was very disappointed.
