Settle in. First, the atmosphere is so welcoming. It is an authentically Black, NOLA experience!! It's comfortable and community centered. The food. Geez. AMAZING!! I wasn't aware that a take out charge was being added until I was reading my ticket and asked about the charge. The original beignets were not cooked throughout and were still doughy in the middle. The order didn't have plastic ware included and we had to ask for it. I felt it should have been included if we were being charged the take out container fee.
