It's not a Jersey sandwich. I am a new transplant from the east coast looking for something similar. I didn't know this was possible. Although the Philly was tasty, it was tasted with the meat . . . .. and I guess there is nothing that can be done with the role. It was chewing, but not as bad as it could be.
