To go window. Staffed by pleasant people these days. Food is consistent Wendy's quality. They were out of diet soda but this is first occasion for that in many years, so I am not marking them down for that. The unsweet iced tea was good. I miss their organic green tea from years past. Shame on the manager and shame on the staff for telling an 83 yr old man “to go order at the machine, we are short staffed” when he explained he could not see nor understand how to use the machine, the employee says “okay”. Now fuming, I got up an helped him… but guess what?! You need a manager to give a senior discount.. so this 83 yr old man was forced to leave the store, get in his car and go somewhere else. Why?...
