Falafel was moist but the sandwich itself was pretty dry from the vegetables and not having any pickles to make it savory and authentic. Wish they had pickled turnips or peppers on the side. Service was great. The person behind the desk did apologize for not having any authentic pickles with the sandwiches because people don't ask for it. Worth one try based on the service.
