It's ridiculous they won't serve you at 10:45 because they are preparing for lunch. They litterly ignore you. Even for ready made foods like egg salad. They should lock the doors. Close for the 30 minutes to prep. If you refuse to serve people. I'm never going back to Pronto. The foods no better than any other local diner. I'll go where the customer service is appropriate.
