Had lunch there today. Waitress explained they were busy, but still we waited about an hour to receive food. Another table queried as to when they would receive their food. When out comes the chef (owner) and basically abuses them. When our food at last arrived one dish was foud to have a long dark hair amongst the chips after returning it to the waitress and explaining she didn't require a replacement. Lo and behold...
