The aroma of the pork is absolutely delightful. The ribs were incredibly tender and full of meat, practically falling off the bone. The scent was incredible. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any southern BBQ experience. The sides and the cornmeal bread were also excellent—flavorful and very fresh. Laura, the manager, was nice enough to stop by and check on us while we were eating. We've had Edgar as our waiter, and he is fantastic—knowledgeable, hardworking, and very friendly. The shrimp cocktail is excellent and vibrant in flavor. The Caesar salad is quite good as well; it's not creamy but has an interesting twist with anchovies.
