We emailed early on a Thursday morning asking to reserve a table for food that same evening, I had a response within an hour and they were able to accommodate 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 kids The pub looks like a proper old pub from the outside and the inside has even more character! What John L doesn't like about Old Exeter Inn:
Went with my brother. Food was not the not good at all. The girls working in the bar area are very nice but we were amazed they ever asked us why we left so much food. Mussels were not cleaned correctly, with no taste at all we ate 4 or 5 left the rest, the bread served with the muscles tasted like it was left over from the day before.
