The bagels and sandwiches are amazing. We love the (square)bacon egg and cheese bagel with bacon egg and cheese on it. We look forward to coming here whenever we are in town. With that said, however, I do think they need to get more staff because every time we go now, they have a huge line and we end up waiting at least 20 minutes to get our food. They really need to rethink their strategy. A 45 min wait just to get half a dozen bagels? They make everything in order which is insane. Have one line for bagels by the dozen or half dozen and then another line for sandwiches. They are loosing business bc of the wait times. Such a shame too because the bagels are delicious.
