As I take the order, the girl puts her hand in the plate and eats the potatoes. And this is the plate in which the potatoes are prepared for the customers. It is not very polite to eat from the same plate as the staff. And later we saw her taking money from people and putting it in the cash register and with the same hands immediately folding the paper and potatoes for me to eat. It was disgusting.
