Cozy. Surprisingly feels private even though it is part of the hotel lobby, as conversations don't carry well between tables. The afternoon tea set could have a better balance of savoury and sweet treats though (far too few savoury items and the amount and levels of sweetness of the sweet ones were overwhelming).
