I ordered food at the restaurant for take-out. I waited about 15 minutes for my order (not bad) but they handed me my order and when I got home, half the order was missing. I called and they told me to come back and get it. That was the only option. There was no refund, discount, extra item… a meek apology. The food was decent but that was a pretty big goof to make.
