Amazing food truck serving authentic food in Olympia. I wish I knew about this food truck before. Stopped by around noon to order and they are popular. We ordered their chicken shawarma sandwich, falafel sandwich, fries with garlic sauce, fried cauliflower and everything tasted fresh great. I LOVE the food at Nineveh. My favorites are the Shawarma Salad, Hand-Cut Fries with garlic aioli, Fried Cauliflower, Baba Ghanoush, and Hummus. Their donuts served at the Filling Station are the best open secret in town. Truly irresistible. So why 1 star?
