This is not the best banh mi I have had, but it is the best food I've found on the UH campus, especially when washed down with one of their delicious Vietnamese ice coffees. One extra star added for keeping the banh mi price under US$10, and for providing a decent affordable lunch amidst Honolulu's atrocious pricey food scene. I found hair in my soup. I phoned and spoke to male staff who asked me to bring back the soup and it will be changed or give us a credit. He declined to have it delivered or send it via door dash. How can you not make way to deliver the food to a customer who was disappointed. Soup with hair is compromising food hygiene and no good customer service . View all feedback.
