You don't expect to find a good fish restaurant in the middle of Italy so it was a pleasant surprise to find Il Molino. Although they do have meat dishes on the menu they specialize in fish dishes that are varied and very tasty. The restaurant is quite large but welcoming and comfortable and the service is excellent.
