When we heard that Head Chef Joo had moved from Embassy XO to open a new restaurant called Buddha on Hastings, we just had to try! We were not disappointed- the wagyu dumplings and prawn spring rolls were absolutely delicious. The Morton bay bugs were nice but the duck breast with kimchi and buns was sensational. The atmosphere, service and food were all below average for my visit here along with 4 friends. We had a few dishes from the menu but felt they lacked in freshness and quality but made up in presentation.The restaurant isn't the easiest to find and maybe contributes to the lack of ambiance.
