the Hüttmann-Bistro has a very cozy atmosphere. as usual in a bistro, the card is very clear. what is on the map, but is very good. at least my wife and I can say this about the flaky cake with shrimps and the fish fillet with potato curk salad. prices are amrum-typical, of course not a bargain, but O.K. first house on the square. I guess that was yesterday when he had eaten with my husband there, he had chosen the better food. my appetizer salad only tasted after vinegar. the service took him off the bill. the fresh stone mushrooms with spaghetti were anything but fresh, they were completely watery and without their own taste.
