Stood in the lobby for 5-10 minutes to PLACE my order, sat in a booth for 5-10, went and stood again at the counter for 5-10 waiting on it. Lady at the counter obviously doesn't want to help people. Manager is just walking by staring at me standing here too. I work in high volume retail, you're not too busy for your in-store customers buddy. I was the only one there. Absolutely not impressed by my experience today. View all feedback.
