While I'm excited to have Smoocht's ice cream available in the north, the experience here wasn't pleasant. I know I should have patience because the staff are in their advanced ages and are volunteering their time to be here but the ice creams took quite some time to be served and when it came I found bits and pieces of paper in my ice cream cup.
