I ordered the assorted sushi board B (50 pieces) for Mother's Day at Kibo Sushi, and I must say it was quite good! The sushi had the perfect balance of rice to fish, and the sashimi was fresh with slices that were just the right thickness—not too thick, but not too thin either. I ordered on Sunday spicy tuna and spicy salmon because I have an allergy to (I don't know what but I normally only go for this and I didn't want swollen hands, tongue and lips.
