What MJ doesn't like about The Roost:
The quiche was only just okay and the salad was really disappointing. Under different circumstances I would have sent it back. The avocado was skimpy and with many brown spots and the tomatoes were bad. It seemed like they had been in a too cold refrigerator, maybe frozen? Tasteless and with a strange texture. Unsanitary establishment and rude, incompetent staff. Not only do the dishes always seem filthy...
Great atmosphere. I had an iced americano and a muffin, both were really good.
