The barista got my order wrong and refused to change the order, saying it’s the policy. I will never return to that Starbucks. They get paid from you, and refuse to remake a drink that I didn’t touch. Bad attitudes and horrible service. Lol they were happy to refund me when I asked, but wouldn’t fix or remake the drink. Drive thru is extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to get my coffee with only 2 cars ahead of me....
Consistently a 30 min wait for the drive thru on weekend with incorrect orders. Nice staff but...
