Just placed an order online since they are no longer taking orders online. Forgot an item so I called to report politely, woman on the phone asks “are you sure it wasn’t in the bag?” what? Yes I’m 100% sure, then employee asks “cause I packed it myself” unless it’s invisible, I’m sure lady.
