We all decided to have an uplifting Monday afternoon lunch and booked an outdoor table and we were not disappointed!! We had a very personable waiter and the outdoor area was nice with large umbrellas set far enough back from the main road to be quiet and pleasant! Extremely unfriendly receptionist at the front desk who couldn’t even smile as she took us through to the dining room. We were shown to a table which looked as if it shouldn’t be there, again by an unfriendly waitress. There was a jug of water on the table which we asked to be refreshed and were told it had only just been put there.
