Filet was cooked nicely at requested medium rare. It came with side of green beans which was not listed on the menu, we ordered Brussels sprouts not knowing we?d have green beans. Brought 2 of my best customers for what in the past was a great meal, this time was a total disaster. Took2 hours for the food to be made. On arrival the steak that was supposed to be medium well came out a a char-broiled hockey puck. The salmon came out raw and the elk chops that should have been rare came out totally raw.
