Brought 2 of my best customers for what in the past was a great meal, this time was a total disaster. Took2 hours for the food to be made. On arrival the steak that was supposed to be medium well came out a a char-broiled hockey puck. The salmon came out raw and the elk chops that should have been rare came out totally raw.
