My family and I showed up to this establishment tonight (20 person reservation) and they took the best care of us. Not a single person at our table was waiting for anything. Not a single order was messed up. We were blow away with the service! I would give this particular Applebee's more stars if I could! We were a large group celebrating a birthday. The first part of our visit was great. We were welcomed immediately. However, we were unclear if our greater was actually an employee or not as he was not wearing a badge or name tag of any sort. Our server Kelsey was great. Friendly and attentive.
