I recently made a special request for a partially cooked pizza I could heat up over the holidays and they were incredibly accommodating. Probably one of the worst pizza's I've had in 50+ years....bottom was black, top was black (yet cheese was not melted properly). Walked in and they said 10 minutes to make. 15 minutes later it was not in the oven yet and then it got torched too quickly.
