There's a lot of brick oven pizzerias around Oaxaca, but Mexita definitely nails the crust best of all. Crispy giving way to fluffy with just the right amount of char, and very flavorful. I'd say this is the best pizzeria in Oaxaca. I only tried the Margarita, as that's my canary at new pizzerias, but it delivered.
