We've never been served so badly. We were there for coffee and cake. Table linen dirty and chairs full of crumbs. 35 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee although only another table was occupied. The coffee cups had a very unpleasant smell. Waffle price was an inconsistency for a finished waffle that became a shoe sole in the microwave. Ice was tastefully fine but hot fruits were cold.
