The pork chop was good, but it seems to have declined and was somewhat uneventful, as Vintana was the only place my girlfriend would eat pork chops. The 18-ounce steak was not 18 ounces, more like a thin 14. The portions of garlic mashed potatoes were scant, and I remember more generous servings. The vegetables were few at best. The food was not great. We were here July 5th of ‘24 ..The Ahi tuna appetizer had a fishy taste and texture was rubbery in some parts. The braised short rib was very dry and hard. My husband had the ribeye and it was mediocre. Overall not impressed by the food. Without ordering they brought to the table kids fruit and at the end a sundae, we said “what's this”?
