I order from mcalister any other week, and every time I order from there, I get the “Ultimate nachos”Every time I ask for no black olives, extra soße cheese and it is a $1 extra, everytime. they did it! it's easy! We live less than five minutes away from this restaurant, and I've had multiple frustrating experiences here, including tonight. I attempted to place a pick-up order after my partner got off work, but no one answered the phone. When someone did pick up, they hung up almost immediately. Talk about poor customer service!
