What Lorraine R likes about Five Guys:
OMG! I have heard so much about them. And it was true! The hamburger and BLT were awesome. We got a large fry, were told it feeds 4—6 people. I live 15 minutes away, there was only 1/4 left in that large container. But we found some in bottom of bag. Best thing I ever put in my mouth. Real potatoes, not frozen. And the seasoning was great. What Lee L doesn't like about Five Guys:
Horribly rude staff. Considering these are HUGELY expensive burgers-you would think decent service would be included. The restaurant had almost no one there yet they still could not make sure patrons received their food. Music so loud that the staff have to scream at each other and you can’t hear your number being called and then they blame you for not hearing your number. Worst dining experience in years. It was good but with all the hype and price I expected more. Shake was awesome tho.
For me the prices are high I'd rather sit down in a place like Red Robin food
