Disappointed by the bad customer service. We were a group of friends,16 of us. One of us clearly ordered a Decafe coffee.. they made a mistake and made it standard. Fair enough, they had a lot of orders to make.. but then instead of apologizing the manager came out to our seating and demanded we come pay the extra $1 for decafe before they make a new one.
