Had the special which included ribs, french fries, smokey beans bread and a pickle, bread and Included a soft drink aswell. Portions were generous and delicious. The staff was excellent and very friendly. They are what kept any stars on here at all. The food was almost completely devoid of any smoked flavor. It could have been cooked in any oven. There was barely any seasoning at all. By the number of guestscoming in, it must not always be this way.
